§	To identify and record the assets of Scenic, Natural history, Historic or Artistic merit which are available in the Kyle of Sutherland and Dornoch Firth areas.

§	To foster the education of the residents and visitors to the area in the aforementioned subjects.

§	To liaise and co-ordinate with Landowners, their Agents and the many public bodies also concerned with these aims and purposes in order that everything possible may be done to secure their attainment to the common good.

§	To promote, establish and operate other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community.
